Traditional “outbound” interruptive marketing techniques like cold-calling, print advertising, TV commercials and junk mails do not work anymore. Consumers are sick and tired to be marketed and are getting really clever at blocking promotional messages that do not address their challenges and problems. They crave information, they want to be educated to make conscious choice, and they must trust you, before your services or products become the evident solution to their pains. And this is where inbound marketing comes into play.
